Alan Barrell appointed to Advisory Board of Technopolicy Network | October 2008
At the 5th Annual Conference of the Technopolicy Network in Halifax Nova Scotia on September 25th it was announced that Professor Alan Barrell has been appointed to the Technopolicy International Advisory Board. The 5th Conference dealing with the importance of Innovation and Entrepreneruship in Regional Economic Strategies and Economic Development, were themes developed by a distinguished range of International speakers. A large contingent of delegates and speakers from Canadian Regions attended. Alan Barrell spoke about 'Entrepreneurship as a Driving Force for Social Change' - and described its impact in the development of the Cambridge Sub-Region.
